Sending Email to an Alternate/Secondary Email Address

On the CRM Viking blog, Marius Pedersen stated that if you've worked with Dynamics 365 CRM for a while, you've probably come across this issue: the system will resolve the record for whatever address you enter as a recipient and substitute the address with the primary email address of the record.
