Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement roadmap prioritizes integration, strategic use of Azure services

Microsoft kicked off eXtreme365 in Lisbon with a rundown of new and upcoming Dynamics 365 Enterprise Edition sales and service app updates, from features to new tools to vendor partnerships.

Customer engagement as a term seems to be gaining traction recently. So: Customer self deploys! Partner engagement challenge here Only AppSource solutions! Partners have to build IP in AppSource to compete well in this SMB space Cut down features - can see most clients going enterprise Customer Insights - this is where the real value of D365 Sales / Customer engagement is going to be. Traditional transcations can be carried out just as easily in Financials Interesting times indeed. Wish they would hurry up with SMB version - the absence is causing confusion in the marketplace.
