"GP.next" Will Introduce Cloud Optimization and Multi-Device Companion Apps for Microsoft Dynamics GP

The successor to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 is due out in 2015, and code-named "GP.next", Jeff Trosen, product unit manager, told an audience at Convergence 2013 in New Orleans.

While GP managers are looking for suggestions, they also have a more immediate offering on the agenda: Service Pack 1 for GP 2013, due out next month. It will include upgrades in such areas as returns management, contract management, U.S. payroll, human resources, Excel-based budgeting, and payment services, according to Trosen.
