Assistance Software Launches Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Assistance Software, a vendor of solutions for the professional services industry, announced that it has rolled out a new flagship product, Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Assistance PSA, which is intended for today's information worker, is based on Dynamics CRM's xRM application development framework. The product will enhance the standard Dynamics CRM functionality with project management, resource planning, time and expense registration and invoice capabilities and Microsoft SharePoint, according to the company. It will support multiple deployment options-on-premises, SaaS and later on Dynamics CRM Online, according to company officials.
