Microsoft's decision to end certification exams for Dynamics GP, NAV, and SL has touched a nerve in the partner community. Veteran Dynamics professionals have voiced disappointment with the suddenness of the change, skepticism about the stated reasons, and pessimism about potential impact on customers.

Geoff, Without trying to assume anything, all I could say in response is that the decision is a pretty clear reminder that the different Dynamics ERP products will continue be managed with separate strategies and goals. For example, here are some of the recent AX and CRM plans Microsoft has established for partners that go after enterprise opportunities. Jason
