Axonom Releases Unified Applications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Axonom, a provider of industry-specific CRM and PRM (partner relationship management) extensions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has launched Powertrak Unified Applications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM to help businesses connect employees, partners and customers with real-time information.

Axonom said its Powertrak Unified Service Manager and Unified Channel Manager work with Microsoft Unified Communications to improve the customer/partner business processes and deliver the best customer service at the lowest cost. Microsoft Unified Communications integrates all types of digital communication including voice, video, e-mail, IM, Web conferencing on one extended network.
