Staffing a Microsoft Dynamics AX project: Finding the right balance for a successful outcome

April 3 2014

When a company looks back at an ERP project, a factor that always contributes to the outcome is the team of core resources on the project. In my experience over the last seven years providing temporary and permanent ERP resources to organisations implementing and upgrading ERP systems, with the last three focusing exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics AX, I have observed that when it comes to successful programme outcomes, the quality of the individuals and the right mix of resources heavily influence the results.
