Will a customer ever be able to use Dynamics 365 Enterprise Plan 1 along with Financials (business addition NAV)?

Talking about parity between D365F and NAV - does MS plan to include manufacturing part also what is missing at the moment? Or any functionality from NAV Extended Pack?
