So far, all the information I have received from our AX partner regarding the cost for D365 (hosted) indicates that the ROI is *not* there for SMB's (single country, single company) to upgrade from on-premise AX 2012 R3. It would be interesting to hear if Microsoft will be paying attention to this market segment in terms of pricing.
