New Service Pack Expands Internet Marketing Capabilities of CRM Online - Limited to adCenter

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online will provide a variety of new Internet marketing capabilities via its first service pack, which becomes available today. Access is understood to be limited to Microsoft adCenter

The service pack, which is available to customers at no charge, "includes new features that will enable businesses to create, monitor and optimize Internet marketing campaigns quickly and efficiently, all from within their existing CRM environment," Microsoft said in its announcement. CRM Online officially debuted in April, after months of promotional buildup,  as an online CRM tool hosted by Microsoft, and thus an alternative to a premise-based CRM program.
