If there's one word to describe how Tony Stein feels about every aspect of CRMUG Summit 2016 it's "excited."

As director of CRMUG, Stein is responsible for the programming direction and content of the group. He spoke with about what makes this October's conference special, about the value of the event to users, and exactly what he's looking forward to.
