In Answer to Salesforce’s ‘Chatter’, Neudesic Launches ‘Pulse’ to Augment Dynamics CRM; Bidoma Offers KB Sharing

Pulse, a new enhanced CRM product from Microsoft Corp. partner, Neudesic LLC, is where social interface meets Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Inspired by popular social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter, Pulse is an enterprise social networking product that creates an interconnected network of people and systems throughout the organization to help keep Dynamics CRM current, according to John Vogeley, Neudesic's General Manager, Product Sales.

Like public social networking tools such as Facebook, Pulse provides an easy-to-use, online interface where users can update the company on projects, share ideas, exchange files and links, and search for information, according to the company.
