Microsoft Acquires Adallom for Enterprise Cloud Security

Microsoft has signed a letter of intent to acquire Adallom, an Israeli cloud information security company, for $320 million. So report numerous sources including the Wall Street Journal and Calcalist, an Israeli financial newspaper. Calcalist reports that this would be Microsoft's fourth purchase in the country in 2015. Also, that Adallom will continue to operate from Israel, and will serve as Microsoft's center of operations in the country.
