Microsoft Dynamics Partners Prepare for Presence at Major Retail Convention

As Microsoft gears up for next week's National Retail Federation (NRF) Annual Convention and Expo in New York from January 9-12, Microsoft Dynamics partners are also preparing to make their case for a sophisticated new vision of retail management and strategy through integrated software solutions.

At the NRF event Microsoft plans to showcase how it and its partners can help retailers become more customer centric in their approaches, which entails better leveraging their CRM capabilities, deeper integration of ERP data, and driving Web 2.0 experiences through adaptive websites and social media to serve customers at an individual level-in their living rooms, through the Web and in-store.
