Martin Houlber Jensen of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team announces on the team's Danish blog that there's a new version of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 SDK. Updates include import job documentation, which "tells you how to start, monitor theprogress, retrieve and interpret the results of the import operationthat imports entity customizations and translations."

Am impresed by your applications especially NAV. However, i find users and their role impelementation a little bit insufficient. Consider the following senarios: - 1. Suppose a supplier/vendor has been paid for goods/services offered, how will the system know that actually the cheque/check has been collected? 2. Suppose a user having the role to authorize documents is out for a period, how will his roles be delegated for the period without the user giving out his/her real credentials. 3. Suppose a document Must be handled by more than one person, how do you implement this (e.g. cheque/check writing). 4. Suppose there has to be a meeting of board of directors and a quorum must be present to pass a resolution. How can this be done. 6. etc ........ Benson
