Summit EMEA 2017: Danish amateur sports association shares Microsoft Dynamics CRM user adoption lessons

More than 300,000 amateur gymnasts are members of DGI, the National Danish sports-for-all organization; so are 260,000 soccer players, in amateur leagues of various skill levels.

DGI serves more than 1.5 million members and 6,200 local sports associations in badminton, basketball, handball, shooting, swimming, tennis, various martial arts, and volleyball. The nonprofit draws 50 percent of its income from the Danish national Lotto, and considers the sports clubs as its members.
