We have done many upgrades at this point, including ones involving project accounting, so this issue was a surprise... Dexterity 11 article is bogus

That link to David Musgrave's site regarding Dexterity being added to Visual Studio... that was an April Fool's day post, and that's why the link doesn't work. The page was dropped.
