Lost Sales Tracking

About This Solution

Advanced Supply Chain SoftwareTM for Microsoft Dynamics® AX powered by I.B.I.S., Inc. was developed based on IBIS' experience having served hundreds of manufacturers and distributors. Designed in partnership with industry and supply chain experts, Advanced Supply Chain SoftwareTM for Microsoft Dynamics® AX is comprised of four product modules including Advanced Order ManagementTM with specific functionality for Lost Sales Tracking.

Lost Sales Tracking tracks all cancelled sales order lines and requests a reason code, allowing you to identify the related issues. This capability provides insight into unidentified customer patterns, changing sales patterns, internal issues, competitive pressures and more. Managing the demand side of the replenishment equation assists you with forecasting decisions by capturing lost sales demand. This allows you to modify the forecast with timelines and quantities that would otherwise be lost. The negotiation power that this information provides is immense and can lead to major market penetration as a result of better future planning, fill rates for new orders and the resulting increased customer satisfaction levels. Lost Sales Tracking can be implemented alone, as part of the Advanced Order ManagementTM module, or as a part of the total Advanced Supply Chain SoftwareTM for Microsoft Dynamics® AX suite.
