Landed Cost

About This Solution

Advanced Supply Chain SoftwareTM for Microsoft Dynamics® AX powered by I.B.I.S., Inc. was developed based on IBIS' experience having served hundreds of manufacturers and distributors. Designed in partnership with industry and supply chain experts, Advanced Supply Chain SoftwareTM for Microsoft Dynamics® AX is comprised of four product modules including Advanced Inventory ManagementTM with specific functionality for Landed Cost.

True Landed Cost is a necessity for all companies with a Supply Chain, especially Distributors. Many of the sourcing decisions - near shore or off shore - are being made without all the important information in hand. Examples include additional QA costs, increase in inventory carrying costs to make up for long lead times, additional scrap calculation to make up for breakage during transport and so much more. You can only calculate True Landed Cost once all actual costs have been captured and allocated for a vessel/container/purchase order/line item.

Built to augment and round out Dynamics AX technology, Landed Cost can be implemented alone, as part of the Advanced Inventory ManagementTM module, or as a part of the total Advanced Supply Chain SoftwareTM for Microsoft Dynamics® AX suite.
