Similar to Windows Explorer, Document Management provides an intuitive, graphical tree-view of Folders and Sub Folders so you can create and manage document libraries the way you are accustomed to. Through an administrative interface, designated users have the ability to create pre-defined folder templates for any entity in CRM; maintaining consistency over the storage and organization of document folders and files for each type of record.

Whether you want to manage document files at the record level or create central libraries for the organization, Document Management provides you with an easy way to manage document files within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
