Tribridge Concerto Cloud Services Announces Successful Completion of SOC 2/SOC 3 (Service Organization Control) Examinations
Achieves Independent Assurance of Cloud Security and
TAMPA, Fla. (March 4, 2014) - Tribridge, a technology services

that Tribridge Concerto Cloud Services has successfully achieved SOC2/SOC 3
(Service Organization Control) reports following comprehensive examinations
conducted by an independent CPA firm in affiliation with the AICPA (American
Institute of Certified Public Accounts).
SOC 2/SOC 3 reports offer customers, business partners,
regulatory bodies and other stakeholders assurance that Concerto Cloud
Services' technology, systems and controls provide the Trust Service Principles
established by the AICPA required for evaluation:
- Security - The system is protected against unauthorized
access (both physical and logical).
- Availability - The system is available for operation and
use as committed or agreed.
The SOC 2 Type 1 report follows Concerto Cloud Services'
achievement of the SOC 1 (SSAE 16) examination, which focuses on the strength
of an organization's data center. Unlike a SOC 2 Type 1 report, a SOC 3
examination must occur over a period of time to demonstrate consistency of
practice and process. The independent evaluation of Concerto Cloud Services
took place between September 2013 and February 2014.
