SalesPad names new Chief Revenue Officer to facilitate continued expansion

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Grand Rapids-based software company SalesPad today announced the addition of Matt Williamson as chief revenue officer (CRO).

“Matt is a high-octane, dynamic leader with proven experience driving growth in technology environments,” said Mike Biwer, CEO at SalesPad. “Our employees, our customers, and our partners will quickly see what Matt is capable of — I am thrilled to have him as our new Chief Revenue Officer."

Prior to joining SalesPad, Williamson was CEO and co-founder of Windsor Circle, Inc, a predictive marketing platform. Under his leadership, Windsor Circle won Google Demo Day, raised $15M in venture capital, was named as an Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company and a Best Place to Work, and was acquired in 2018 by OSG/WhatCounts. Before his career with Windsor Circle, Williamson served as VP of Sales at Bronto Software, where he helped organically grow their email marketing business from $2M to $12M, setting the stage for an eventual exit to Oracle/NetSuite. Williamson earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees with honors from the University of North Carolina.

"I'm very excited about joining SalesPad, and to have the opportunity to help this passionate team execute on its mission of radically transforming distribution operations," Williamson said.

"One of the things that attracted me most to SalesPad was the satisfaction I witnessed from the SalesPad customer base,” Williamson said. “We are empowering executives, customer service reps, and warehouse managers to execute on great business ideas, more quickly and with more confidence."
