proMX developed proMX 365 Smart Funding to help companies with the organization and management of funds.

Centralized funds management

“In close collaboration with one of our customers who receives funds themselves we developed proMX 365 Smart Funding to facilitate the management of funds. Our solution enables administration of all funding budgets and its respective projects comfortably in one app,” Peter Linke, CEO at proMX explains.

The solution is customized to the requirements and the organizational structure of its user. The funding sums as well as the amount and the usage of planned and actual costs can be documented neatly and always monitored. That way it is ensured that the money is spent as intended.

All project-related deliverables and documents, for example contracts or invoices, are saved in the solution, too. In case any evidence of proper use of the funds is required, you can provide it quickly without gaps.

Easy handling

proMX 365 Smart Funding is based on Dynamics 365 Project Operations. To make the handling as simple as possible, the app is reduced to purposeful functionalities and extended by the Project Gantt add-on. Integrated business analytics capabilities, for example Powr BI, and dashboards help to identify and visualize correlations and support project managers in keeping an overview of complex projects.
