In order to join the Innovatix GPO, prospects must submit membership paperwork and contract documents with varying levels of detail. In some cases, there could be dozens of documents totaling over 100 pages. Many of these documents are provided by vendors, limiting the flexibility in streamlining the volume of paperwork.

The existing signature process was entirely paper-based, with account representatives traveling throughout the country with stacks of papers. Each account representative had to ensure they had the latest version of documents, and the documents for the newest contracts. There was no easy way to search for and visualize documents.
