Mobility solutions provider TenDigits Software Inc., has rolled out version 5.0 of its TenDigits MobileAccess mobility platform with new Dynamics CRM capabilities on the Android platform.

This version of MobileAccess aims to provide Android users with a comprehensive approach to the access and use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, combining always available capability, highly adaptable configuration, powerful data entry options and unsurpassed manageability, company officials said.

MobileAccess 5.0 for Android bills itself as an enterprise-grade offering for mobile access to Dynamics CRM, including offlinea nd online access to records and automatic background synchronization. Other features include:

  • Quick configuration to reflect any specialized functionality an organization needs.

  • Data entry capabilities that include support for GPS, photo, audio and video data types and support for accelerated data entry through smart forms.

  • A secure and manageable system to control how users access Dynamics CRM, including an integrated management console that includes monitoring and reporting capabilities.

In October, CWR Mobility launched a new evaluation version of its CWR Mobile CRM 2011 for Android smartphones, which delivers the smart client feature as a native Android application. This latest version seamlessly integrates with customers' Dynamics CRM 2011 systems either on-premise or in the cloud. The final release is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2011, company officials said.
