SBS GroupSan Diego-based Microsoft Dynamics partner Software Business Solutions has joined the SBS Group's Partner Network, expanding the Master VAR's southern California presence and adding new capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics RMS (Retail Management Systems).

Now branded as SBS San Diego, the organization brings 20 years of experience providing business management solutions to distributors, manufacturers and retail companies in the southern California area. The firm's expertise includes various solution offerings including Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM as well as Dynamics RMS.

"SBS Group's strategy with their Partner Network is directly aligned to the goals of Microsoft's Master VAR Program, offering Microsoft Dynamics partners of all sizes the opportunity to enhance solution offerings to their clients yet still operate independently," said Jeff Edwards, Director of Channel Strategy, Microsoft Business Solutions, in a statement.

"The company expands our presence in the southern California territory and we anticipate leveraging the current SBS Los Angeles team," said Joseph Longo, Chief Operating Officer of SBS Group, in the statement. "SBS San Diego is a great addition to our Partner Network and we are energized to further expand into the southern California region."

The addition of SBS San Diego marks a continuation of the firm's steady expansion of its partner network. In December, Silverware Inc. joined the SBS Partner Network, adding Microsoft Dynamics NAV expertise and expansion opportunities in the US southwest.  It added the Dynamics practice of Chicago-based Omnios in late 2010.
