Microsoft Targets Salesforce Customers with ‘Cloud CRM for Less’

As Salesforce.com's annual event, Dreamforce, opened today in San Francisco, Microsoft is taking direct aim at Salesforce.com's customers with a new rebate offer of up to $200 per user for companies that switch to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online by June 30, 2011. The offer also applies to current Oracle customers.

"If you are looking for a CRM system that will deliver productivity for your people, offer flexibility to your business and work with your existing IT investments, you should consider Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online," said Michael Park, corporate vice president, sales, marketing and operations, Microsoft Business Solutions, in an "open letter" to Salesforce.com and Oracle customers.
