New round of Microsoft MVP awards is heavy on Dynamics ERP and CRM renewals

This week Microsoft notified 1,062 community leaders around the world that they have received the coveted MVP (Most Valuable Professional) Award - some for the first time.

The awards are given to people who have demonstrated a deep commitment to helping others make the most of their technology, voluntarily sharing their passion and real-world knowledge of Microsoft products with the community. The MVPs are recognized each quarter on a rolling basis.

While Microsoft stopped providing a list of Microsoft Dynamics MVPs a few quarters back, we searched the interwebs and rounded up a few names.

In the category of new MVPs, Klaas Deforche, a technical consultant for Dynamics AX at RealDolmen, in Belgium, announced on his blog that he was named an MVP for the very first time.

Deforche is currently working exclusively with AX 2012, creating a solution for customers in the healthcare sector, focusing on the Belgian market. He has co-authored the book, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Services, which he said was a great way to reach more people and spread knowledge, and also a great learning experience.

"Writing takes up a lot of time, but when I have the time I also try to be active on the Dynamics Community forum and Stack Overflow, and of course blog on this blog," he said.

Jivtesh Singh, a Microsoft Dynamics Certified Technology Specialist: GP 2010, got the good news that he had been named a Microsoft MVP for 2014, the fourth year in a row.
