Convergence 2009 Europe: Microsoft Plans Push of Dynamics CRM Online Beyond North America in 2010

Today at the kickoff of Convergence 2009 Europe, Microsoft announced its intention to expand Dynamics CRM Online past North American into to other regions of the world in the second half of 2010. Details on specific countries have not yet been disclosed.

The most positive news in the Dynamics space, as reported in Microsoft’s first quarter results, is the continued growth of Dynamics CRM, with over a million users. I think having one day conferences in 4 cities is a good Idea. A little tough for setup but the audience can be increased and at a lower cost for the attendees. It will help get the Dynamics message out. I would like to see more of this in the U.S.
