Microsoft Plans Expanded Availability of New Dynamics AX, With More Intelligence Touch Points Upgrade Tools To Come

The New Microsoft Dynamics AX is slated for on-premise and private cloud availability starting in later 2016. At Envision 2016, the ERP team clarified some additional details of the latest releases release beyond Azure.

The remainder of calendar year 2016 will see the new Dynamics AX add Power BI content packs and entity store, an upgrade strategy from AX 2009, and improved mobile app experiences and use of Cortana Intelligence Suite products.
