Data Access Redesign in Dynamics NAV - Convenient for New but Complex for Existing Users

On the Dynamics NAV Community blog, Chirag Shivalker, talks about a new feature the Dynamics NAV team added aimed at redesigning the data access layers between Dynamics NAV server tier and SQL Server. The reason for the change, it seems, is to adjust to the ADO.NET interface and support the enhanced features within SQL Server.
