Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team Faces Partner Criticism for Confusion Around Handling of CRM 2011 Update Rollup 12

There seems to be consensus among Microsoft Dynamics CRM professionals that the product needs cross-browser support.  Cross-browser was a key, and long-awaited, element of the Dynamics CRM Online December 2012 Service Update (a.k.a. "Polaris"), as it is for the CRM 2011 Update Rollup 12 (UR12) release that was released on January 11 but was quickly pulled after serious issues were discovered with the server bits.

The latest official word is that, as of January 24th, the validation of UR 12's Server bits is underway and will be made available in the next few days.
