Microsoft Displaces Salesforce at HP in One of Largest-Ever Dynamics CRM Online Deals

Microsoft's Satya Nadella and HP's Dion Weisler

Microsoft has announced a major win for Dynamics CRM Online at HP Inc. that displaces Salesforce. The six-year agreement will deploy Dynamics to thousands of HP employees.

The win also includes new commitment by HP to Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and other Microsoft Cloud solutions for sales and service collaboration. Microsoft told partners in July at WPC 2016 that the deal  (at that time un-announced) would be one of its largest ever CRM wins.
