kCentric Technologies Inc. and Azox Inc. have joined forces to form one company called k-eCommerce, which will offer an
e-commerce solution that integrates with Microsoft's Dynamics ERP platforms.

Together, the companies believe they can offer a better omni-channel e-commerce platform, than in the past. The k-eCommerce solution can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud, according to company officials.

The companies, which have offices in Canada and the U.S., will now have more than 1,000 e-commerce and e-payment customers.

"We are confident that this merger will be successful and offer our partners and customers great opportunities with the best products. Many new integrations will be offered, making our resellers and clients happy with the increase of possibilities," said Bernie Huang, CEO of Azox, in a statement.

Laurent Allardin, CEO of kCentric Technologies said Azox and kCentric have always had a similar vision - centered around offering customers the best integrated solutions as well as exceeding the expectations of their customers and partners.

"This uniformity of vision made our collaboration a natural fit," Allardin said.

Last November, myERPcloud partnered with Azox, adding their solution to myERPcloud's evaluation options for project cost, supply-chain management and eCommerce according to company officials.
