Innofactor Acquires Swedish Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner Cinteros

Innofactor Plc, a Microsoft partner in Finland, has acquired Swedish IT services company and Dynamics CRM partner Cinteros AB.

The acquisition is part of Innofactor strategy to become of the top service providers in the Microsoft ecosystem in the Nordic countries, according to company officials.

With the Cinteros acquisition. Innofactor's total number of Microsoft-based competence and expertise grows to over 500 employees in the Nordic countries, i.e., Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Cinteros also boosts Innofactor's Microsoft-based solutions, products and services portfolio in the Nordics, according to officials.

In a statement, Innofactor explained the deal's structure, which has a maximum net debt free purchase price of 8.0 million euros.

Cinteros provides Dynamics CRM-based solutions in industries such as labor unions and other membership organizations, service companies, educational organizations, real estate, construction and the public sector, official said.

The company has been name Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year in Sweden for several years. Cinteros' customers include companies like Svenskt Näringsliv, IF Metall, Kommunal, Vision, Riksbyggen, Scandic, and Sodexo, officials said.

Cinteros CEO Robert Erlandsson will continue as a managing director of Innofactor Sweden, and will become Innofactor's country manager in Sweden and a new member of the Innofactor Group Executive Board, according to officials.

Cinteros AB name will be changed to Innofactor AB in mid-2016, after which Cinteros' services will be offered under the Innofactor brand. The integration of Cinteros and Innofactor operations will begin immediately. The goal is to have most of the integration finished by the end of 2016, officials said.
