HP Enterprise Services has launched HP Enterprise Cloud Services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a new service that deploys Dynamics CRM via a secure, virtual private cloud.

The service lets enterprises use a virtual private cloud to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM without upfront infrastructure costs or the hassle of procuring and deploying the application, according to HP.

HP's virtual private cloud looks to differentiate itself from Microsoft's own Dynamics CRM Online offering in part through the opportunity for extensive customization to help fit Dynamics CRM application to the unique needs of a client.

"Today we live in an instant-on world, and the expectations from customers and citizens have gone from days and months to seconds," said Kathy Garcia, senior vice president, Applications Services, HP Enterprise Services.

Garcia said HP Enterprise Cloud Services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM combines HP's experience in cloud, contact centers, applications management, data center outsourcing and CRM systems to offer customers a flexible solution that delivers the end-user experience and quality of service they require.

HP Enterprise Cloud Services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is part of HP's "Hybrid Delivery" market positioning, which includes building out enterprise systems among public cloud, private cloud, and traditional on-premise approaches.
