Editor's note: We are starting a new series of articles profiling interesting people from the Dynamics community. If there's someone you think deserves to get his or her name out there, or someone you're just curious to learn more about, let us know.

A recent addition to Microsoft's MVP program, Jason Lattimer is passionate about Microsoft technology - Microsoft Dynamics CRM to be more precise. And he also loves sharing his technical expertise with the Dynamics CRM community.

Jason LattimerA CRM Development Consultant at Ledgeview Partners, Lattimer has been working with Dynamics CRM since v1.2 and he has done it all - from the technical projects to installations to custom development. In his current role he mainly focuses on extending the product to meet the needs of his customers. But you can often find him helping out in the Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics Community CRM forums as well as putting out some helpful tools on CodePlex.

"At first, I picked up CRM because the company I was working at then just really needed someone to be certified on it so they could sell it," Lattimer said. "So I kind of volunteered and that's how I really picked it up. And I liked working with it at the time and then throughout the subsequent versions, it just got better and better to work with. I really started enjoying working with it and that's what I made my primary focus going forward."
