Perhaps most important to keep in mind is that it's not just the Dynamics CRM experience from a workstation screen simply squeezed onto a smartphone, but rather a sophisticated entity unto itself. It can't necessarily do everything you can do with Dynamics CRM on your computer, but most people are surprised how they can leverage most CRM capabilities via a smartphone.  Many are also pleased to learn that there are many powerful capabilities available to smartphone users, that aren't available with Dynamics CRM on their computer, like multimedia data capture, geo-location, and accelerated access to critical data.
