A Rant on Microsoft Software as a Service Gets Once-Over at UK CRM Blog. Of course, software as a service was the big pitch at the recent Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, but it must have struck too close to home for one competitor. Microsoft's UK CRM blog publishes the text of a competitor's email tirade to a new Microsoft CRM customer that the company's new push represents a secret effort to establish a monopoly and strict control of customers. "Now although this was nothing more than a tirade of anti-Microsoft sentiment devoid of coherent argument, what I really found amusing was the appalling misuse of grammar and syntax," concludes Microsoft's UK CRM blogger.
