CReativeMages Win Apps Challenge Showdown with Partner Management App on Windows 8, Dynamics CRM, Azure

A lack of sleep, Las Vegas and an opportunity to win clients - along with a nice crystal trophy-- was just what was needed to inspire what could become the next great Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.

This week's Extreme CRM 2012 Las Vegas held an "Apps Challenge Showdown" to try to inspire the young, and sleep-deprived, to stay up for 24 hours in hopes on designing a winning CRM app.

Two professional teams took part in the challenge on Tuesday, both with hopes of putting their apps on the market someday. The first-place winner was made up of four industrious 20-somethings from the Czech Republic.  With plenty of bleary, dark-circled eyes to go around, the four team members wandered into the Las Vegas Hotel's event hall for the morning apps challenge.

The team was made up  of developers, a graphic specialist/marketer, and a solution architect from CReativeMages. For the competition, they went by the name of their app, Bridgeit.  The new tool is a Windows 8 app that uses Dynamics CRM to improve information exchanges with partners in a format that is easy to maintain. The app provides better insight into the partner's performance, and also allows for more cooperation on opportunities and higher profits, according the CReativeMages.

Bridgeit was created with help from Windows Azure and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, according to CReativeMages CEO Vladimír Vencálek , who is also a solution architect with five years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience already under his belt.
