Concerto's premium IaaS offering for enterprise customers meets a range of compliance standards including SOC 1 (SAS 70, SSAE 16), SOC2, SOC3, SOX, HIPAA, PCI, ITAR, FIPS 140-2 and Safe Harbor. Their disaster recovery plans include geographic diversity for secondary and tertiary backups, and aggressive RTO and RPO commitments. The service will offer dedicated service management and 24/7 customer support.
