CHR Solutions Announces New Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution for Communication Service Providers

CHR Solutions, a provider of solutions for communications service providers (CSPs), has entered into a partnership with Microsoft to offer a new billing and customer care solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and aimed at the CSP market from consumer to enterprise.

Delivered on premises or in the cloud, CHR's solution, OMNIA 360, helps CSPs bundle services across all access types including wireless, landline, cable and broadband, according to company officials. Features include product catalog management for assigning and provisioning new IP-based services, rating, billing and invoicing for enterprise accounts, sales force automation, marketing and customer service, officials said.

One Source Networks (OSN), a global managed voice and data service provider for large enterprises, selected CHR's OMNIA 360 as its unified back office system, in part because of its complete "out-of-the-box," pre-integrated business and operations support solution (B/OSS), officials said.

Jeff Betteker, chief operating officer at OSN, said the single-source, comprehensive view will allow his team to easily move through a sales transaction and order fulfillment to improve the customer experience and more effectively sell services.

CHR's announcement marks the third product launch or update in just the last two weeks for Dynamics CRM-based software targeted for the communications industry.

Recently, communications giant Ericsson launched Telecom CRM, an integrated billing and customer relationship management product for the telecom industry based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The product is designed to help operators deliver superior customer service as well as help telecoms operate more efficiently and cut costs.
