BCSYS, ReadSoft Launch Invoice Automation Solution for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, BCSYS, and ReadSoft have created a packaged document automation solution called BCSYS EDOCS, based on ReadSoft's invoice solution and a connector that allows integration and process automation within Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The solution, offered to companies in France, will be available either on premise or in the cloud via ReadSoft Online.

BCSYS EDOCS for Microsoft Dynamics NAV lets Dynamics NAV customers automate the complete supplier invoice process. BCSYS has developed a module that fully integrates with Dynamics NAV, according to the companies. The first part of the process is ensured by ReadSoft's product invoices either on premise or in the cloud (SaaS) with ReadSoft Online, which is using Microsoft's Azure cloud platform. Then the processed invoices can be stored within Office 365, SharePoint another archiving solution, officials said. BCSYS EDOCS combines data capture, invoice matching/PO (purchase orders), approval workflow and archiving.

"The considerable demand on the French market and ReadSoft's world-leading solution gave us the opportunity to create a packaged document automation solution. ReadSoft's solutions are the only ones that are available either on premise or online. In combination with the advanced Microsoft technologies they allowed us to build this value-adding add-on solution," said Roger Ballouz, BCSYS Managing Director, in a statement

BCSYS will be the reseller of ReadSoft's solutions to Dynamics NAV partners in France, according to the companies.
