Microsoft Canada held its tenth annual IMPACT Awards on November 13 to recognize excellence within the Microsoft technology partner community in Canada, and two Dynamics resellers walked away with new recognition.

Altus Dynamics has won Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year and Customer Experience Partner of the Year. The 2012 Microsoft Dynamics ERP Partner of the Year Award was given to Thinkmax Consulting Inc.

Other finalists for the CRM award included CRM Dynamics and Navantis.  Ideaca and WebSan Solutions got finalist recognition for the ERP award. Navantis also got a finalist nod for the Customer Experience award.

Altus' client Pathways to Education Canada, highlighted its benefits from working with Altus Dynamics to implement Dynamics CRM. The organization says its Dynamics CRM solution has improved the organization's ability to serve more at-risk school children, and serve them better.

"We're delighted to be recognized once again by Microsoft for our customer's successes, as well as Altus' efforts and hard work. It's been a great year for us in terms of new customer adds as well as peer recognition," said Altus Dynamics' Managing Partner, Colin Dickinson, in a statement.
