Adoxio Business Solutions Following Microsoft's acquisition of Adxstudio's portal software last month, the remaining services business has reorganized itself as of today into Adoxio Business Solutions, a professional services consultancy that will deliver the very same types of web portal solutions.

Adoxio is well-suited to serve the CRM web portal marketplace because of its Adxstudios pedigree, and should be well positioned to take advantage of increasing demand for the Adxstudio-based solutions driven by Microsoft's ownership. The acquisition was made "to take advantage of new and exciting ways to engage with customers online," according to Dynamics CRM CVP Bob Stutz at the time of the acquisition announcement.

The launch of Adoxio today is one more sign that the acquisition process has progressed, says Grant McLarnon, the former managing partner of Adxstudio and CEO of Adoxio. Adoxio Business Solutions will continue to build high-value intellectual property, leveraging their real-world industry expertise in government, membership management, as well as the oil and gas sectors, according to McLarnon.

"Adoxio has unparalleled experience delivering web portal software products and business solutions on the Dynamics CRM platform, and our team will continue to provide inventive solutions and superlative service to customers and Microsoft partners alike," McLarnon said in the statement.

Adoxio Business Solutions encompasses

the entire Adxstudio professional services team and it will continue to operate out of established locations in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Regina, Canada. Adoxio expects to announce details about the opening of its first American office in the coming weeks, official said.
