They specialise in the provision of Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM solutions; they provide a dedicated first class support service to their client base and have a very experienced team of support professionals offering on site and remote support. They have developed a unique product that integrates Dynamics GP with MS CRM and Dynamics RMS, which has been highly successful in their niche market. You will have the opportunity of expanding your support expertise with the addition of MS Dynamics CRM, Sharepoint and RMS skills, for which training will be provided.

AS a Dynamics GP Support Consultant, you will be providing first line support, remote support via telephone, internet and email, and liaising with Microsoft to find the best solutions to client queries. The role will lead on to you getting involved in aspects of Dynamics GP implementation with a view to becoming a consultant in the future.

Candidates will have previous experience of supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent problem solving skills, a real can do attitude and a passion for their job. You will be someone who offers the highest level of service to your clients and is keen to progress and expend your skills.
