As a member of the Fullscope development team, the quality assurance analyst will be working with cutting edge technology in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) space. The analyst will be responsible for feature review, test design and definition, bug reporting and solution resolution testing. The tester must be able to ramp up quickly to gain the domain knowledge necessary for significant test result analysis from a proprietary test automation system. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form are required for working with a diverse and global team on a complex and fluid development effort.

Responsibilities:
• Authoring test design documentation
• Defining test cases and maintaining them throughout the development life cycle
• Reporting bugs discovered through manual testing or via analysis of automated test results
• Verification of bug fixes
• Maintaining test data
• Tracking and reporting project tasks statuses
• Defining security test requirements
• Regression testing
• Installation and upgrade testing
• Review and edit user and help documentation
• Must be a self starter willing to learn new applications through formal and informal training
• Be a key player in a large global development effort

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
• Five years of quality assurance experience in business software development
• Two years of experience in ERP, Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing software
• Power user of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills
• Development or testing of database applications
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts
• Experience with SQL Server a plus
• Experience with C# and Visual Team Studio a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) a big plus
