After running the leading Microsoft Dynamics reseller in Australasia, we are now broadening our services outside of Australasia and will be opening new offices in Canada. Having won several AX projects with large companies, we will be opening offices in Vancouver and Calgary with the aim to make the Canadian Branch of Eclipse Computing as successful as the Australian one.

We are currently looking to recruit experienced AX candidates for these offices. Being part of a start up operation, you will be fundamental in the growth of this organisation to a Canadian MS Dynamics leader.

We have won numerous Microsoft Awards including Asia Pacific Partner of the Year for 4 years running as well as Solution of the Year, and are within the top 1% of Microsoft Resellers worldwide. With expansion into New Zealand and Fiji, we have 250 staff members and work within a dynamic and very multicultural environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY....
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager for our Calgary office. An important part of our start up operations in Canada you will work with our clients to conduct analysis workshops, gather and document requirements and implement defined solutions end to end
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing implementation project and project management plans;
• Delivering projects on time and within budget;
• Assessing risks on a project and providing strategy and input for risk minimisation;
• Managing projects to assure they are conducted in accordance with Eclipse implementation methodology;
• Ensuring each project has a defined Scope and Requirements, Project Management Plan and Project Implementation Plan;
• Managing projects to assure they are conducted in accordance with Eclipse implementation methodology;
• Ensuring each project has a defined Scope and Requirements, Project Management Plan and Project Implementation Plan;
• Coordinating project review meetings and preparation of project minutes; and
• Reporting to management on status of projects in the required format and to published deadlines.

YOUR BACKGROUND....
With a minimum three years of experience in Project Managing ERP Implementations, you will have a proven track record of commercial experience and an appreciation for both IT and Business strategy. With vendor management and budgeting experience, you will have excellent communication skills and will be a strong team player.
