After running the leading Microsoft Dynamics reseller in Australasia, we are now broadening our services outside of Australasia and will be opening new offices in Canada. Having won several AX projects with large companies, we will be opening offices in Vancouver and Calgary with the aim to make the Canadian Branch of Eclipse Computing as successful as the Australian one.

We are currently looking to recruit experienced AX candidates for these offices. Being part of a start up operation, you will be fundamental in the growth of this organisation to a Canadian MS Dynamics leader.

THE OPPORTUNITY....
We are currently looking to recruit a Dynamics AX Sales and Logistics Consultant for our Calgary office. Reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for providing business and application consultancy to clients. This will involve working throughout the end to end implementation process as well as the training of clients.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Conducting business analysis and process definition workshops;
• Preparing Scope and Requirements documents in line with company standards;
• Preparing Design documents in line with company standards;
• Working closely with the developer to ensure that the specification is documented adequately for that development to be successfully carried out;
• Assisting the Project Manager with development of implementation project management plans;
• Submitting service reports (time sheets) in line with company procedures;
• Performing Solution Reviews to access solution acceptance and uptake and advising improvements accordingly;
• Providing presales assistance to the Sales team in the form of product knowledge and expertise for answering sales inquiries and “Requests for Proposal”; and
• Making recommendations for enhancements and improvements to client installations of Microsoft Dynamics AX and communicating these to Account Managers for follow up;

YOUR BACKGROUND....
With a minimum three years of experience as a client facing AX Consultant, you will have extensive knowledge working in the sales and logistics modules and will have applicable certifications. A strong team player, you will have excellent negotiation skills and will have fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
