Sunny Delight was cast adrift via a divestiture, unable to run its business on the old Procter & Gamble SAP system. It needed a new ERP solution to continue operations across eight countries in Europe and the U.S., and it needed the solution fast. Phase 1, the move of its finances from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics AX, needed to be accomplished in six weeks. Phase 2, requiring integration of additional modules of the ERP solution, had only a little more time. It included Trade & Logistics, Production, as well as Prescient’s collaborative supply chain
